We are excited to invite you to participate as a sponsor of 2017 New Mexico Association of Nurse Anesthetists Balloon Fiesta Education Conference! This year, we plan to double the participation of our last conference and provide first-class lectures and workshops focusing on topics such as the business of anesthesia, epidurals, and difficult airways, just to name a few. The conference, which will be held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort, will take place Friday, October 13 – Sunday, October 15, 2017, during the last weekend of the world-renowned Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Given this destination and the timing of the event, the annual conference is sure to attract national attendees.

We only have a limited number of sponsorship spaces available, which will be awarded on a first-come, first- served basis. Our available sponsorship options are:

• $10,000 – Friday Evening Cocktail Reception Sponsor, includes 3-day exhibit space and 40-minute presentation to attendees (Cocktail reception can be split between two vendors for $6,000/30-minutes each) 

• $7,500 – Lunch Sponsor, includes 3-day exhibit space and 30-minute presentation to attendees 

• $5,000 – Breakfast Sponsor, includes 3-day exhibit space and 20-minute presentation to attendees 

• $2,500 – Coffee Break Sponsor, includes 3-day exhibit space and 10-minute presentation to attendees 

• $1,250 – General Sponsor, includes 3-day exhibit space
